SGF Akume Charges Federal Appointees To Publicize Tinubu’s Achievements Ahead Of 2027

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, has urged Ministers and heads of federal agencies to communicate the achievements of President Bola Tinubu's administration to Nigerians.

Akume stated this on Wednesday in Abuja at the Federal Appointees Strategic Summit, saying the forum is to take stock of government programmes and assess their impact on citizens.

He said the summit is not to judge appointees, but to review what MDAs have achieved and how it improves the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

Ministers Dele Alake and Atiku Bagudu, in their remarks, said the administration has recorded tangible achievements and that the Renewed Hope Agenda was designed to address Nigeria's long-standing challenges.
