Rivers State politics has revolved over the decades and in this dispensation, it has become a stage where only those who are strong in the spirit with an extraordinary might to taking over a system that has performed Abysmally.

Safe to say that the state has Journeyed on a Faulty Administrative Compass which has brought the Economy of the state to it's kneels.

For the first time in a competitive Economic state such as Rivers State, the state government has not added a reasonable number jobs to the Economy, not one single FDI " Foreign Direct Investment", no civil service employment nor promotion, little or no attention to key Economic sectors such as Education, Health, Infrastructure, Transportation, Agriculture and power.

If the Above mentioned sectors of the Economy are the ingredients needed to birthing a rapid development in the state, then every true Rivers sons and daughters, should have a rethink, The consistent Economic retrogression is very alarming, we are fixated in such a way that only an articulate Strong contender can change the narratives come 2023 on a progressive platform.

The discourse of leading a state like ours,  is a serious business for those who envisioned it as platform to setting up a functional state where society can progress with a sound and Achievable Economic Blueprint. 

The APC has got very qualified candidates to changing the ugly and unpleasant narratives of the state. Amongst these men of sound mind is the two time Asalga Boss and the former APC state chairman, in the person of, Hon Ojukaye Flag Amachree.

This is one man who has performed beyond Reasonable doubt that the " Not Too Young To Run Bill " signed By president Buhari into law will be put to use effectively.

His Ability, Agility, Articulation, Influence, Boldness, Charisma, Doggedness and Proactiveness are second to none, which serves as a determining factors needed by the APC to topple the PDP in 2023.

HON FLAG AMACHREE AS STATE PARTY CHAIRMAN:

His Emergence Remains the road map to placing the APC on a pathway to taking over the brick house in 2019. He became the most famous State party chairman in the political history of Nigeria, even more popular than some elected Governors as of that time.

The State Executives led by him, galvanized a massive grassroot Support Base for the party thus making it a political nightmare for the government in power.

He was the only state party chairman that received the highest number of defectors In the South South Geopolitical zone. Give it to him, he's got the capacity.

HON FLAG AMACHREE AS THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF ASARI TORU LGA.

Ever since the transition from military Rule to Civilian Rule, the council have had:

1. Hon Diamond Tobin West

2. Hon Opakirite Jackeece

3. Hon Aroloyeteim Brown etc.

Amongst these Distinguished Council chairmen, The Administration Of Hon Flag Amachree, Remains the only government whose legacies has stood the test of time. He remains first to Hon Brown, who built the LGAs Ultra Model Motor park with over 20 lock up shops.

His key Achievements as the chairman of Asari -toru includes but not limited to:

1. Rural Electrification project that connected the Oceanic communities of the LGA to federal Grid.

2. Demolition and Reconstruction of the Council Secretariat.

3. Reconstruction of Asalga Legislative Chambers.

4. The construction of the modern chairmans Lodge

5. Interlocking of The internal Roads of the council Headquarters " Buguma".

6. Construction of a one storey Building NYSC lodge with all Amenities.

7. Construction of Buguma Market.

8. Brought back Tourism through the esteemed " BUGUMA BEACH CARNIVAL".

9. Dredging and Sandfiling of Buguma Phase two.

10. The only chairman to have paid Student Welfare Bursary.

11. Water project scheme

His legacy projects and landmark Achievements, earned him the accolade as the best performing Chairman by the then Governor of the state, Rt Hon Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.

Asari Toru LGA was striving Economically Under his watch. There was constant water and power supply.

We therefore present to Rivers people, a man of noble and outstanding character with an Administrative will to bringing back the Economic fortunes of the state.

He's a pan Rivers man, this was made evident during his short stay as party chairman. All LGAs were carried along on a Progressive Pace with a one point agenda. " Take over the Brick house".

He's a result Oriented leader, who knows how, where and when to pull the trigger to achieving a set objective.
