Corona Virus otherwise known as Covid 19 is a heinous carcinogen. The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective lipid (fat) which when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code, etiopathogenesis mutation and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells. It could permeate through the nostrils, oesophagus to harness vital organs of humans and asphyxiate to death.
Covid 19 is a creation from China in Wuhan, hence Donald Trump calls it the Chinese virus. This is a third world war and China is winning. Corona virus is a biological weapon. Off course China cannot withstand the military might of the western world (Europe and America) so they concocted this invisible but diabolical virus in their laboratory with the aid of some rapacious and avaricious scientists from other countries. China was ready, so they build a world class hospital in unbelievable few days to contain the virus and planned to open their economy few weeks while nations are being ravaged and battling to contain the virus including the super powers of Europe and America. This is international politics and trade war. A desperate desire by China to become a world power to over throw USA and Europe.
This effect plunged the world into an economic comatose and uncertainty. I also call it a period of earth cleansing. The earth is at peace with itself environmentally. Movements are restricted. The sky, the firmament, the seas, fishes, trees, even the air we breathe. Fumigation and disinfections taking place in major cities of the world. A relative halt in pollution due to emission of dangerous gas in the air planes and other vehicular movements. However the worst is that lives are lost in their thousand and millions still infested. This China epidemic turned global endemic took the world unaware. The so called civilized world that had at least a 60 days head start are still clutching for straws, looking for scapegoats. Its 5G, the Chinese heed it from the world, its Chinese virus, it’s the anti-Christ, rapture, 666, it’s a scam etc so full of tomfoolery. In the midst of all these countries with known culture of discipline like South-Korea, Japan, North-Korea, Cuba and even Saudi Arabia are gradually putting things under control. Nigeria where are you.
Unfortunately for us, we have been brainwashed to look up to the west as the beacon of civilization. I heard the most laughable news today that America had promise to give Nigeria some ventilators when Cuomo the governor of New York is clamoring every day the lack of ventilators and other ancillary materials. When today the USA is the highest victim with no clear cut solution. Nigeria what is the problem with our psyche. I am still yet to come into terms with the coming of Chinese into Nigeria to assist in the fight against Covid19 to cause more harm or what. So degrading, devastating, repulsive, inferior in complex, ignominious and deeply infra dig. After Covid 19 the world will usher in a new order and where is our place as a nation. This is a challenge. China learned from Europe and America and fashioned their strategy. Today even America is begging to be at par no longer as prey and predator relationship. Intelligent nations are struggling to be world powers, opportunities Europe and America or the western world have enjoyed over donkey years.
China is not a Christian or Muslim nation but they are winning. Nigeria grow up. Even the world religious headquarters of Jerusalem, Rome, Mecca and Medina are all shut down. This has also exposed the vagueness in religiosity. We have known that most prophets and pastors are mere smart guessers to hoodwink unsuspecting followers for their personal aggrandizement and pecuniary reasons. The western world had also used religion as virus to penetrate and conquer nations with outstanding religious tourist sites to firm up their economy. I am bewildered to note that even in this modern world Nigeria still votes billions of our budget for pilgrimages when we suffer serious infrastructural decadence. It is high time Nigerians come out of our gullibility and vulnerability to face the current realities of life. The need for re-orientation of our psyche, reconscientisation and nationalism. We need to come out of the neo-colonization and take our place as the giant of Africa. The world and the entire black race is watching and waiting for us. The world will not respect Africa until Nigeria earns that respect – Nelson Mandela. Covid 19 should be able to open our eyes.
The world is becoming more individualistic and social distancing. It is the cracking down of the trust threshold of nations. China is no longer trusted. Infact nations are no longer trusted even with their products, we must be self reliant, self sustaining and look more inwards to solve our problems. Fight corruption and export more than we import. Our education and economy must be of top most priority putting the basics which is electricity, infrastructure and the health sector into cognizance. Understand the game, every reasonable country want to be first and to sell its product. It was obvious for once Africa try to live up to expectation – Senegal produced its own ventilators even with lesser cost. Madagascar came up with the Covid 19 vaccine but you know what the USA immediately hurriedly came up with Remedesivir as a drug to facilitate recovery for Covid 19. Does this make sense to you. They will never accept African product globally. We must break that jinx and perception.
Growing up, China and Aba products are classified same as inferior. Today the superiority of China cannot be overemphasized that even the most advanced economies like America are begging to be at par with. Of course the 5G is not an advantage to the so called advanced country because it’s not originating from them hence they are crying wolf. In all of these I weep for my country Nigeria as it where we don’t have a deliberate designed plan for the present talk less of the future. This Covid19 is a wakeup call to our micro-biologists, bio-chemists, pharmacists, medical laboratory scientists, herbalists and otolaryngologists. After covid19 we must give more attention to our technical education to encourage factories and industrialization. No country with more churches and mosque than factories can develop. We will continue to be subservient, admire and prefer to live in the beautiful cities of the so called unbeliever nations.
Conclusively, it’s high time we stopped being gullible and vulnerable to external prey and looked inward for our infrastructure and national development. The world will usher in a new order after Covid19 and Nigeria should be ready for the challenge. I do not also subscribe to premature relaxation of restrictions. Rather the government should come up with better strategies in the execution of economic stimulus and palliatives for the masses. Its better we take the pains to ease off the endemic than allow its escalation.
