FIRST VICTORY FOR TONYE COLE AND ALL APC CANDIDATES: ~ Harry West

I know and am thankful to God that the APC in Rivers state has got so many lawyers, judges and interpreters of the law here on the New Media space but that isn't the issue today, the court has given her judgement based on facts and they are very correct.
But, may I also congratulate the gubernatorial candidate of the APC, Pastor Tonye Cole and all other candidates of the party in Rivers state on their victory from the outcome of the court sitting today.

Many will ask "why?" When the court has pronounced that all the primaries conducted are in nullity.

The APC in Rivers state had so many cases in the court and by the special grace of God it is becoming slimmer by the judgements which are emanating as a result of the suits filed by all parties.

Though it will surprise you to hear that all these judgements (which today's isn't an exemption) are distractions and subject to the main matter which is that of Justice Worgu's.

Without keeping you in much suspense, Justice Worgu, entertained a suit filed by Ibrahim Umar and 22 Odas against APC National in a state high court, and gave his ruling against the APC and in orbital also pronounced null to all primaries conducted by the party.

Now what so many people do not know about the one and only case of the APC is that a State high court does not have jurisdiction to give judgement on a case against a "Federal body" it can only entertain at the first coming and refer the same matter to a federal court.

Yes Justice Chiwendu Worgu has given his ruling and it stands at the moment but the law remains the law and it can't be turned upside down. When the issue of jurisdiction come up at the supreme court, it remains that Justice worgu's judgement will be null and void because he has not been accorded with such powers to judge on a Federal case.

Therefore, all candidates of APC in Rivers state should campaign and those who will vote should also vote for them because there is no case against their candidacy.
